When Aibileen's smart-mouthed pal Minny (breakout big name Octavia Spencer) breaches her uptight hireer's protocol, Hilly (Bryce Dallas Howard) gives her the boot, and he or she leads to the employ of native outcast Celia (Jessica Chastain, hilarious and heartbreaking), who can not catch a ruin due to her dirt-poor starting places.
